Competition Law Reminder

The Plastic is Fantastic Day brings together organisations that may be actual or potential competitors. All participants are expected to comply with all applicable competition and antitrust laws and to make their commercial decisions independently.

Please do not request, disclose or discuss non-public competitively sensitive information, including:

  • Prices, pricing intentions, discounts and margins
  • Individual costs, output, production volumes and capacities
  • Investments and future business plans
  • Customers, suppliers and territories
  • Tenders and commercial terms
  • Future market or commercial strategies

Participants must not seek or reach any understanding on future market conduct, including the allocation of customers or territories, restrictions of output or supply, collective refusals to deal, or coordinated commercial responses to regulatory or sustainability matters.

These requirements apply throughout the event, including the Welcome Dinner, conference sessions, panel discussions, Marketplaces, Q&A sessions, breaks, networking activities and event-related digital communications.

If a discussion moves into a potentially sensitive area, please stop the discussion and inform the moderator or an event organiser immediately.
